Welcome to Clippership Row, the best kept secret in downtown Madison.  We are a community nestled off Route 1 and Wall Street in the center of town.  Our one bedroom apartments are beautifully designed to maximize space and comfort.  Each unit has a generous living room and a kitchen with full appliances.  A large storage closet is next to the front door.  Bedrooms have a walk-in closet.  Some units have balconies, and all have bright windows and leafy views.  A one-year lease is required with first and security due at lease signing.  A credit check is required.  No dogs please.  Cats are now permitted with additional rent and security deposit.
